It's no wonder to me that America has so many cases of obesity, cancer, diabetes and all sorts of strange medical maladies. I came across a TV dinner that had more chemicals than I had ever heard of. I scanned the list and guess what? My two spell checking programs were baffled by the names of these chemicals. So, take stock in what you're eating - bon appetite! The way of the warrior is all about eating raw, natural food. From time to time, you need to eat some really bad "fast food" so your body can learn to tolerate it. Bleached white flour is not recognized by animals as food. To combat the pesky aphids and fire ants that compete with me for control of my garden, I use bleached white flour. If you watch a fire ant trail and pour a little white flour in front of them, you'll be amused as the ants stop, touch it with their antennae and then make a new trail around it. If you enjoy traveling as I do, you can't always eat something healthy. If you are not accustomed to this toxic crap, you can get really sick if you have to eat fast food when you can't find an acceptable substitute. MacDonalds announced in 2012 that they no longer use "pink slime". This is connective tissue, intestines, internal organs, and tendons mashed up as far as I can tell, and then slow cooked to provide some kind of disgusting paste where the refuse of cows can be consumed by you. Jamie had a short lived television show here in the U.S. While I really enjoyed it, I knew that it would fail because of all the factions that prefer to provide cheap, low quality food (and lots of it) don't advertise with him. I highly admire and respect this man for his efforts to educate us about what we consume. He and I share a common ground in that the status quo would prefer us to shut up and go away so they can take advantage of the ignorant.
