The Ninja UMIHEI

This is my native Japanese friend, The Ninja Umihei. While doing searches on various aspects on Japanese ninjutsu in 2000, I came across his site. He had both Nihongo and English versions. I asked for permission to correct his english version. As most Japanese I've met, he was very nice and friendly. We struck up a friendship. Umihei Sama is a professional graphic artist, and created a unique image for me, shown at left. I posted his site on every search engine I knew of, and it proved a lot of trouble for my friend. He recieved so many American bogus "Ninja Grandmasters" claiming all kinds of nonsense that he created a message board. It actually crashed his site. He kept extolling that he is not a ninja, but enjoyed the annual Ninja festival and parade. He is a student of kenjutsu, and knows of Hatsumi Sensei. Every piece of his graphic arts he sent me was stolen from my site and used without permission from this awesome artist. He has offered me to stay at his place if I can ever afford to visit Japan. He asked me if all Americans so ignorant and rude?" I told him it was all too common. Too many take and do not ask.
